The Olympic Games

"I can't wait for the Olympics!" exclaimed Maisy as she sat watching TV with her dad.

Her dad replied, "I know, I'm looking forward to it too. Which sport do you most want to see?"

Maisy had to think for a moment. "Definitely gymnastics...I always try to do cartwheels like them! I love seeing them flip in the air. And I think I'd want swim races too."

Her dad smiled. "Those are two great sports. Did you know the Olympics have both summer and winter games? Summer has swimming and gymnastics, but there's skating and skiing in the winter."

The next day, Maisy excitedly asked her friends who they most wanted to cheer on in Olympics competitions.
