This worksheet will help students to practice formal vs informal language. First students will read the informal phrases. Then they must think of a formal way to say the same thing and write it on the line. When they are finished, they will complete the comic strip activity at the bottom. Students must fill in the speech bubbles with informal language to compete the conversation between two friends.
